2. Products and Descriptions
All our biscotti are made by hand, which means each piece is unique.
Slight variations in shape, size, colour or texture are natural and part of their handmade charm.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours or details exactly as they appear in person.
3. Ingredients and Allergens
Our biscuits are made with quality ingredients such as flour, butter, eggs, nuts, and chocolate.

4. Orders and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
To ensure freshness, we bake to meet demand. Occasionally, high order volumes may cause a processing delay of 1-2 days.
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept payments via Electronic Funds Transfer or cash. Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is not received or if there are issues beyond our control (such as stock availability).
5. Local pickup and Delivery
Local collection and delivery options are available. Details will be provided upon confirming your order or when requested.
6. Loss or Damage After Pickup or Delivery
Once an order has been collected from us or delivered, La Dolce Vita by Michelina is not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the products.
We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it leaves in perfect condition, but we cannot take responsibility for handling, transport conditions, or storage after pickup or delivery.
To maintain quality and freshness, please store your biscuits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As our biscuits are perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order is received incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@ladolcevitabymichelina.com.au. Include your name, details of your order, description of your concern and a photo of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Credit for Future Purchases
For verified issues, we will issue a credit for the returned amount, which can be used for future purchases. This credit is non-redeemable for cash and will be processed within 48 hours.
